Sedan overturns on Taiwan highway, killing 4 passengers
A silver sedan overturned Sunday into a ditch on the Suhua Highway (蘇花公路) on the East Coast, resulting in four deaths and three injuries.
 
Temporary blockage
The Wuta-Hanben section of the Suao-Hualien Highway, in Nanao Township, Yilan County, was temporarily blocked on Monday due to falling rocks. Highway police were on site to enforce the blockage.

Eleven alleged members of a northeastern Yilan County-based gang were recently arrested by local police authorities amid accusations of extortions, the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB, 刑事局) has announced.
