Special Assistant to the Office of the Chairman & CEO    
VIA Technologies, Inc., a global leader in semiconductor platforms, is looking for a Special Assistant reporting to the office of the Chairman and CEO.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include the following:
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences
• Research and write reports, presentations, and other
documentation on industry-related topics
• Engage and coordinate with global and regional
government agencies and industry organizations
• Coordinate and manage relevant agency projects
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Key requirements include the following:
• Native English speaker with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Degree with 5+ years of related experience
• Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese a plus
• Mature, presentable & outgoing personality
• Flexible, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Able to travel extensively
