Hsiao Liu Chiu(小琉球), Taiwan's only coral island, is a gem of an island packed with enough attractions and water sports to keep the visitor busy for a long time. However, I found the most pleasant aspects of the island were the slow pace and the friendly locals, such a welcome change from the din and bustle of Taiwan cities.
