New apartment building to generate NT$26.5 billion

The project will be a collaboration effort between BES Engineering Corp. and Agora Garden's owner. The finished building will generate about NT$26.5 billion in sales, of which BES can get 23 percent, or about NT$6.1 billion, both firms said.

The apartment will be built on a lot measuring 2,468.4 pings and will include 24 stories above ground and three stories underground, the firms said.

BES said it will apply for the building's construction license by the end of May next year. Sales will go on even as the building is being constructed, it said.
