Powerchip sets conversion price on bonds at NT$5.25

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Powerchip Semiconductor Corp. set the conversion price on its bonds convertible into shares at NT$5.25, the company said in a filing the stock exchange in Taiwan yesterday.
