Suez Environnement gives NT$3 million to Kaohsiung

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- In recognition of the serious losses caused by gas explosions in Kaohsiung City, Suez Environnement through its subsidiary SITA Waste Services Limited Taiwan Branch donated NT$3 million to the Social Affairs Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government Disaster Recovery Fund to assist and support victims and the re-building of affected parts of the city, according to a press release from Suez.
As operators of Ren Wu Resource Recovery Plant in Kaohsiung City, Suez Environnement and its subsidiaries team feel deeply affected by the incident and express their most sincere condolences to victims and families, said Suez. Suez, together with the people of Kaohsiung, prays for a speedy recovery for the city by making their best efforts, said the press release.
