The remaining six are workers legally employed at a company based in Minsyong Industrial Park (民雄工業區), but were find working illegally for the Jiatai Industrial Park-based company.
Investigators said that the owners of the two companies are husband and wife, and that the company in Jiatai Industrial Park is not qualified to employ foreign workers; therefore, the owner of the Jiatai Industrial Park-based company used foreign workers from her husband's company to reduce personnel costs.
