'Hello, Mr. President!' show to begin run in Kaohsiung

TAIPEI -- An exhibit of 180 photos tracing the friendship between the Republic of China and the United States will go on display for a second time Tuesday to mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the Taiwan Relations Act.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Thursday that “Hello, Mr. President!” will start its second display in the southern city of Kaohsiung from March 25 to April 12 before moving north to Chiayi April 16-May 11, then to Taichung May 19-June 12, and finally to Hualien in the east June 18-July 14.

The exhibit features photos from Taiwan's Central News Agency, Presidential Office, and the Kuomintang Party History Institute dating back to 1949.
