Israeli companies to attend seminar in Taipei
CNATAIPEI--A group of Israeli companies will visit Taiwan to attend a seminar in Taipei on investments in innovation, as they seek cooperation with Taiwanese firms, according to Israel's representative office in Taiwan.

Eight Israeli investment firms are scheduled to attend the one-day Seminar, titled “Israel-Venturing towards Innovation,” on March 6, said the Israel Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei.
The companies invest in high technology, medical equipment, biotechnology and cleantech, the office said. Among those attending will be Giza Venture Capital, one of the leading investment firms in Israel, it added.
The seminar will serve as an opportunity for representatives of the Israeli companies to meet with Taiwanese firms to explore opportunities to cooperate with each other, the office added.
During the seminar, officials from Israel will also introduce investment opportunities in the Middle Eastern country and its benefits for foreign investors, the office added.
