The daytime mercury could break 27 on the high end and will hover near 30 from Wednesday, according to the Central Weather Bureau.
Lows will be around 20 degrees through Friday, some 3-5 degrees higher than the relatively chilly weekend that just concluded, the bureau said.
Showers are predicted in northern and northeastern Taiwan over the next weekend, though.
