Vice director resigns due to 'simple reasons': NSB

Chang decided to resign as he is reaching the mandatory retirement age of 65 and is moving on to new career plans, the NSB said yesterday after the Presidential Office formally approved Chang's resignation effective Nov. 1. The bureau has yet to name his successor.
With a master's degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology's Department of Information Management, Chang specialized in technology and information warfare.
According to an unnamed intelligence personnel cited by the Apply Daily website yesterday, Chang had already retired once but was later asked to come back to active service.
