The change in weather may be most pronounced in northern and northeastern Taiwan, where rain is expected to begin on Wednesday.
Further, daytime high temperatures in the region could drop by up to 5 degrees from current levels, forecasters said.
Other parts of the country could expect cloudy to rainy weather, while the generally unstable weather might continue into the weekend, the bureau said.
Meanwhile, Typhoon Wutip is not likely to have a direct impact on Taiwan as it travels on a westward path.
As of 8 a.m. Sunday, Wutip was centered about 1,050 km southwest of Taiwan's southernmost tip of Eluanbi, moving at a speed of 12 kph.
