Taiwanese firms generate millions in business at CESCNA TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Twenty Taiwanese firms attending the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this month in Las Vegas were estimated to have generated millions of dollars in business, according to Taiwan's main trade promotion body.
January 13, 2013, 12:02 am TWN This year, the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) led 20 local companies to join the annual show from Jan. 8-11, and those firms alone were estimated to have generated over US$10 million in sales, TAITRA said in a recent statement. Among the 20 companies were Keep Pace Electronics Corp., Chou Chin Electronic, Sunlike Display Technology Corp., Wime Group, Bestjob Co. and Benz Electronic Co., the statement said. A total of 183 Taiwanese companies attended the technology trade show, one of the biggest in the world.
