The TTF, a textile promotion organization, said the federation is planning to set up a special pavilion — Taipei In Style — in the upcoming World Boutique, Hong Kong, which is scheduled to kick off Jan. 14 and run through Jan. 17.
The TTF said nine Taiwanese brands will attend the Hong Kong fashion fair: Clothpoint, Crazip & What Z, Due by Leader Fashion, Outerspace, Squad, P+5, Window Bag, Yang Jeff, and Zack Lo.
To raise international visibility for Taiwanese fashion designers, the TTF will throw a fashion show in the Wine Cellar Event Area of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, where World Boutique, Hong Kong will be launched, the federation said.
It said the Taiwanese participants will try their best to demonstrate their creativity and latest designs in the fashion show.
World Boutique, Hong Kong, is one of two major fashion exhibitions in Hong Kong. It has been viewed as a trend-setting event, drawing many international fashion buyers. The other major fashion show is the Hong Kong Fashion Week.
