Warmer temperatures forecast until Thursday

The China Post news staff--As the cold front starts to subside, the weather all over Taiwan will begin to warm up slowly, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) yesterday.

The Bureau also predicts cold 10-degree-Celsius weather this morning, with good weather until Thursday, and then on Friday there will be another cold front heading to Taiwan with expected rainfall throughout the nation.

The next spell of cold weather will bring lots of moisture but the temperature won't be cold enough to produce any snow in the high mountain ranges, weathermen said.

Early morning temperatures today in northern Tainan, along the coast and off-shore isles including Matsu and Kinmen are forecast at 10 degrees. People in these areas should try to stay warm, said CWB.
