"The festival has become the pride of Yilan residents, " Lu said, as he invited more people to participate in the festival.
This year's festival will present, in addition to local films, several award-winning productions from Germany, Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, China, South Korea, Japan, Belgium and Mexico, Yilan County government officials said.
