Taoyuan Int'l Airport Company launches CIS
The China Post news staffTAIPEI, Taiwan -- Taoyuan International Airport Company (TIAC) recently launched its brand new Corporate Identity System (CIS) designed in accordance with themes such as “Taiwan, Taoyuan,” “Transfer,” “Transform” and “Touching.”

TIAC Chairman Cheng-Peng Yin said that his firm has achieved multiple milestones, including taking third place in terms of Airport Service Quality (ASQ) according to Airports Council International (ACI).
TIAC CEO Hong-Jung Fei said that it was his honor to take part in the airport's development, including the completion of the expansion of Terminal 1, adding that the airport's competitiveness represents the country's competitiveness.
The CEO added that he hopes his airport will continue to rise in terms of international ratings and customer satisfaction, in order to better serve the customers of 69 airline companies and 146 waypoints.
In the era of globalization and increased competition, airports are no longer just transportation hubs; they also provide entertainment, gourmet food and large-scale business exhibitions, the firm said, adding that the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is a symbol of competitiveness and also a cultural inheritance of Taiwan.
Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport was founded in February 1979, and the brand new CIS launch will help the airport upgrade and provide innovative services, the firm said.
