The antique vase that dates back to the Ming Dynasty was reported stolen three years ago by its owner, surnamed Huang, who had purchased it for NT$2.3 million from the Philippines in 1986, the report noted. Huang found the vase, along with a Qing Dynasty wine vessel and a tiger-skin rug, missing after a group of friends visited his residence, the report said.
