The suspects stole expensive bicycles around schools and MRT stations, and purchased used bikes with a very low price, said the police. The group refitted the parts, repainted the models and sold them for at least NT$1,000, said the authorities. The suspects' store was open between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and they only did business with familiar customers. The cops found some 24 bikes in the store.
