L. Ou, Economic Minister Yin Chi-ming, Chairman Chen Su of the Financial Supervisory Commission, Taipei Mayor Hau Lung-bin, Taoyuan Magistrate Chu Li-lun, and Miaoli Magistrate Liu Chen-hong.
