ECA International, the world's largest membership organization that provides knowledge and solutions for international human resources professionals, released the results of the annual survey Tuesday. The survey compares living standards in over 250 locations globally according to categories including climate, air quality, healthcare services,housing,social network,infrastructure, personal safety and political tension.
Among Asian cities, Taipei lags behind only Singapore, three of Japanese cities and Hong Kong, moving up one notch from last year's ranking.
