AIT & NPIC co-organize annual commercial forum

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) Kaohsiung Branch Office, in conjunction with the National Pingtung Institute of Commerce (NPIC), announced that the 6th Annual Taiwan-U.S. Commercial Forum is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 2 at 1:00 p.m. at the 85 Sky Tower Hotel in Kaohsiung City.
The forum will address developments in the U.S.-Taiwan commercial relationship as well as prospects for tourism in both Taiwan and the United States, said AIT. AIT Economic Section Chief Joshua Cartin will present remarks on economic developments relating to the U.S. and Taiwan. This year's event will feature two expert panels, one of which focuses on prospects for tourism between the two countries.
