Updated Thursday, February 4, 2010 10:09 am TWN, CNA Kaohsiung to host Asia-Pacific student seminarThe Asia Pacific Exchange and Leadership Development Seminar is being held by the world's largest student-run organization, AIESEC, to provide a platform for students to share their thoughts and sharpen their competitiveness, according to Yao Hui-ju, a journalism student at the Taipei-based Chinese Culture University. This year's event will focus on the theme “leadership in action,” according to the organizers. In addition to AIESEC members from 15 Asia-Pacific countries, participants in the conference will also include students from Croatia, the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany and the United States, Yao said.
