Foreigners to tell English stories in Yilan City eventThe five events are organized by Yilan City Hall and the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), scheduled from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. today, April 17, May 15, June 19 and July 10. Different stories will be presented in each session; the initial event features “The Rainbow Fish,” where participants will be given an introduction to the rainbow fish's life in the sea.
