The Soka youth volunteers guided the kids through quality activities and exercises yesterday, and will continue the activities for the next two days.

The Soka youth volunteers prepared outdoor games, drama performances, scientific games, DIY activities and a radiant goodbye party for the two days. According to the TSA, the volunteers hope through teamwork and finding the joy in learning, that the students will learn to love themselves, friends and family.

The TSA pointed out that the Soka Happy Summer Camp has been ongoing for 14 years, and the joy of giving aboriginal and underprivileged kids new experiences through love and care is irreplaceable.

The TSA said they've arranged nearly 200 college volunteers from National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University, National Cheng Kung University, Chinese Culture University, Tamkang University and Soochow University to go to places such as Alishan, Nantou, Taitung's Green Island, Hualien County, Kaohsiung's Liugui Township and Liouciou Township to organize summer camps.
