TAIPEI--The Year of the Snake is slithering around the corner for the start of the Chinese New Year. The Chinese Language Center (CLC) at National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, organized a spring gala, to celebrate the biggest Chinese Holiday of the year.

More than 250 international students from nearly 30 countries including Japan, South Korea, the United States, France, Germany, Swaziland, Paraguay, Honduras and Australia have participated in dumpling making and spring couplet writing.
