AIT's offices to close Feb. 11-19 for Lunar New Year

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- All offices of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) will be closed Monday, Feb. 11 through Friday, Feb. 15 in observance of the Lunar New Year holiday in Taiwan, according to an AIT press release.

AIT offices will also be closed Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of President George Washington's birthday, the AIT said. This includes the Consular Section, the Commercial Section, the Agricultural Trade Office, the American Cultural Center and the AIT Kaohsiung branch office, said the AIT. All offices will re-open Feb. 19 at the usual time, the press release said.
