AIT asks importers of US goods to Int'l Food Show

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) invites importers of American agricultural food and beverage products to exhibit at the USA Pavilion of the Taipei International Food Show (TIFS). The show runs from June 25 to June 28. The USA Pavilion is taking applications now with an early-bird special rate that ends on Feb. 28, 2014, according to AIT.

The TIFS marks one of the most important events on the Taiwan food industry calendar, AIT said. In 2013, the show attracted 58,535 local professionals, up 6% compared to 2012.

The ATO suggests that the importers partner with their U.S. suppliers, exploring and cultivating more business potential by interacting with prospects, according to AIT.
