All offices of AIT to close for holidays on Oct. 8, 10

All offices of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) will be closed on Monday, Oct. 8 and Wednesday, Oct. 10 in observance of Columbus Day in the United States and Double Tenth Day in Taiwan, according to an AIT press release. This includes the Consular Section, the Commercial Section, the Agricultural Trade Office, the American Cultural Center and the AIT Kaohsiung Branch Office, the AIT said. All offices will reopen on Oct. 11 at the usual time, according to the AIT.
