A 17-year-old girl surnamed Hsu allegedly killed her 3-year-old stepsister with a knife in Linnei Township (林內鄉) of Yunlin County (雲林縣), Yunlin police said, noting that after being questioned by prosecutors, the case is being transferred to a juvenile court for review.
