Rare sight off Taitung coast
A waterspout forms off the coast of Taitung on Monday, Aug. 1. The rare scene occurred in the early morning. The waterspout is connected to a towering cumuliform cloud or a cumulonimbus cloud. It is often weaker than most of its counterparts on land.
