Prosecutors yesterday brought a suspect to a murder scene in Miaoli County, where a female victim was killed and left in a bucket filled with cement last October, to locate the body, local media reported.
With the Miaoli County government's forced expropriation of farmland drawing criticism, Council of Agriculture (COA) Minister Chen Wu-hsiung said that any taking of farmland should follow standards for major national construction projects.
