A body found in the central county of Nantou could be that of a well known mountain climber who has been missing for more than a month, but the news was still pending confirmation by his family, local authorities said Wednesday.

The Nantou County Government announced that tourism hotspot Hehuan Mountain is to get a special medical station as the remote area has been scene to a series of recent traffic accidents. Officials said that the plan is to turn the Kunyang parking lot into a medical station to service the mountainous region starting March 1.
