Low, CNA Second ECFA talks to be held by mid-March in TaipeiAccording to the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, the two sides will negotiate the trade pact in several stages. The first stage will focus on urgent issues stemming from the inauguration of the China-Association of Southeast Asian Nations free trade area, with the goal of including the most- affected sectors on early harvest lists compiled by Taiwan and China of items that will be first to be covered by the ECFA, the official said.
