Updated Thursday, October 18, 2007 0:00 am TWN, CNA Taiwan Aboriginal Tribes Expo to be held in Nov.Council officials said the venue for the event is the Xinyi Public Assembly Hall, a civic space and exhibition area recently transformed from a former military dependents’ village. According to the officials, the exhibition, sponsored by the council, is intended to promote the cultures of the aboriginal tribes, their ways of life and the marketing of their products. The exposition will have different areas for theme pavilions, stalls for the exhibition and sale of products made by aboriginal people, stands serving a wide range of aboriginal delicacies, and stage performances.
