TBC asks for more blood; Taipei’s reserves critical

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- Officials from Taipei Blood Center (TBC) are making an urgent appeal to the public to donate more blood. They said that following the severe Typhoon Krosa’s damages, the TBC has been facing a serious blood shortage. Without help from the public, the current reserves will expire in two days, they said.
