TAIPEI, Taiwan -- A Taipei trade delegation, organized by the city government and Taiwan External Trade Development Council, (TAITRA, 外貿協會), recently concluded a trip to China's Wuhan city, TAITRA said in a released statement.

Led by Taipei Deputy Mayor Tim Ting (丁庭宇), the delegation consisted of 30-plus representatives from Taipei's finance, communications and cultural industries, and visited the capital city of Hubei province in central China from Oct. 23-26, with the aim of attracting investment, TAITRA said.

A representative of Taipei's Neihu Science Park and a Wuhan City Government official responsible for investment also signed a bilateral cooperation framework agreement during a ceremony held on Oct. 24 at Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan, to pave the way for future collaborations, it added.
