Qualcomm processor 1st to use new TSMC techThe China Post news staff Qualcomm Inc. and Taiwa Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) yesterday announced that Qualcomm's wholly owned subsidiary, Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., will be the first company to produce working silicon on TSMC's 28-nanometer high-performance mobile process technology (28HPM).
