US dollar weakens by NT$0.022 to finish at NT$29.658 on Taipei forex

TAIPEI -- The U.S. dollar fell against the New Taiwan dollar yesterday, losing NT$0.022 to close at NT$29.658.

Turnover totaled US$733 million during the trading session.

The greenback opened at the day's high of NT$29.725 and reached a low of NT$29.586 before the close.
