US dollar closes at NT$0.035 lower on the Taipei forex

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- The U.S. dollar fell against the New Taiwan dollar, dropping NT$0.035 to close at NT$32.040.

Turnover totaled US$487 million during the trading session.

The greenback opened at the day's high of NT$32.075 and moved to a low of NT$31.977 before rebounding.
