Phuc Son Cement applies advanced production equipment in Vietnam factory

In Vietnam, Phuc Son was established in 1996 with a designed capacity of 1.8 million tons a year. Phuc Son is located at Phu Thu, Kinh Mon, Hai Duong Province.

Thanks to the application of advanced technology, Phuc Son's production process has been fully computerized under strict supervision, while all has been incorporated into a comprehensive information system design that has helped to raise efficiency, enhance quality and reduce costs.

According to a Phuc Son spokesman, the firm is currently operating a new-generation equipment line: LM46.2+2 of German Loesche, whose roller grinding mills are the most advanced in the cement industry worldwide.

The Loesche grinding principle combines a horizontal grinding table with a large tapered roller under hydropneumatic loading — the best possible compromise between output and wear.

Loesche grinding mills are very efficient; their service tasks can be carried out quickly and accurately. Downtimes are therefore reduced to a minimum. The drying capacity of the Loesche mill allows the use of slag with moisture contents of 15 percent and more.

In order to maintain stable quality and create brand name recognition and prestige, Phuc Son's products are controlled strictly by modern equipment. The spokesman said the firm's overall control process is implemented and supervised by foreign experts and engineers.

Phuc Son has a plentiful limestone source with high content CaCO3, reaching 90-97 percent, which is the best material for production of high quality cement.

Phuc Son produces two kinds of cement, PCB30 and PCB40, which take the form of a 50 kg bag and bulk cement. All Phuc Son cements are certified in compliance with Vietnamese Standard TCVN 6260:1997.

The 50 kg bag, with suitable dimensions, is designed with two Kraft paper layers. The cover layer is laminated by PP fiber, creating high durability and long life for the bag. The instruction manual printed on the bag makes it easy for customers to use the cement.
