Soccer-Lennon should be fit for England friendly

CHIGWELL, England -- Injured England winger Aaron Lennon should be available for next month's friendly with Egypt, Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp said on Friday.

Lennon has been out with a groin injury since the Premier League win over West Ham United at White Hart Lane on Dec. 28 and the club had feared he might need a hernia operation.
