Arrieta pitches no-hitter for Cubs in 2-0 victory against the Dodgers
Jake Arrieta pitched the sixth no-hitter in the major leagues this season and second against the Dodgers in 10 days as the Chicago Cubs to a 2-0 victory over Los Angeles on Sunday.

Tomlinson's grand slam leads Giants over Cubs
San Francisco's Kelby Tomlinson hit a grand slam with his first career home run to help the Giants beat the Chicago Cubs 9-1 on Thursday, tightening the race between the two teams for the National League's second wild-card berth.
The title round at the Little League World Series is flush with second chances. Pearland, Texas, hit a pair of homers in the bottom of the eighth inning Thursday night for a 9-7 victory over Bonita, California, and a berth in the U.S. championship game against what amounts to the tournament's home team.
