AFPGREEN BAY, Wisconson--The Green Bay Packers will again be without injured quarterback Aaron Rodgers against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy said on Friday that Rodgers was limited in practice and has not yet been medically cleared to play as the former NFL Most Valuable Player continues to recover from a broken collarbone.
Matt Flynn will again get the start as Rodgers misses his seventh straight game.
“I thought Aaron Rodgers did everything he possibly could, but this is an organizational decision,” McCarthy said. “As an organization we are not ready for him to play. I'm not going to get into ifs and buts and who made what decision. Matt Flynn is the starter and we're excited to play the Pittsburgh Steelers.”
Rodgers returned to practice last week but team doctors deemed it too soon for him to return to competition against Dallas last Sunday.
Flynn rallied the Packers from a 23-point halftime deficit to a 37-36 victory that kept Green Bay's playoff hopes alive.
Victories over the Steelers and over Chicago in their final regular-season game would see the Packers seize the NFC North title and punch their playoff ticket.
Rodgers hasn't played since he was hurt on the opening drive of Green Bay's eventual 27-20 loss to Chicago on Nov. 4.
