Dr. van Dijk will reexamine him in another 15 days, Real said in a statement on its Web site.

Dutch physician van Dijk, who has also treated Ronaldo's team-mate Ruud van Nistelrooy and AC Milan striker Filippo Inzaghi, previously operated on the Portuguese winger in 2008.
