Chang Fu-sheng, 22, used aluminum cans as his packaging of choice to surreptitiously deliver the contraband to his clients, which included young women working at nightclubs.

It took police two months to finally realize the contraband's modified packaging, as Chang was careful to conceal the drugs within the can by inserting a custom-fit layer that separated the drug from the liquid.

Upon Chang's arrest, police confiscated several types of illegal drugs, including 41 grams of amphetamines, 0.7 grams of ketamine, and 12 ecstasy pills.

Police also discovered that the suspect had made over NT$1 million in ill-obtained funds.

Days earlier police had received a tip about a man nicknamed "Hsiao Chuan" who sold drugs mostly to females employed at evening establishments.

Further police investigation confirmed that "Hsiao Chuan" and Chang were in fact the same person. According to police, most of Chang's clients were in the habit of calling the suspect to place their orders at around 3 a.m. before they got off work. Chang then delivered the drugs at 5 a.m.
