Sergio Rossi's metamorphosis

With the latest products center on its theme “Metamorphosis,” the new collections of Volto, Fenice sandals are a play of cut-outs, curved shapes, suede plumage and montage of colors as well as corset-like straps. A fishnet stocking design called Sirena boot is another display of the well-known Italian brand that perfects the leg with its net of fine leather.

This season's creative director Francesco Russo uses materials such as lambskin, lizard-embroidered goatskin metallic calfskin, eel skin that overlaps and conveys his 'dream' of mermaids, birds and shadows into his design of the new collections.

As bright colors of firefly green, dazzling yellow places next to muted tones of a spot of grey or natural tan, the contrasts reflects the dreamlike radiating rays of light for the coming of spring and summer.
