16th case of mad cow disease found in Canada

OTTAWA -- Canada on Friday said it has discovered the country's 16th case of mad cow disease in an animal at a farm in the province of Alberta. “No part of the animal's carcass entered the human food or animal feed systems,” the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) said in a statement.
