23) Where can the refund check be cashed?
　

Within the validity date, a check can be cashed at the Treasury Department of the Central Bank of China, Bank of Taiwan, Taipei Fubon Bank and their branches in Taipei City, or the Business Department of First Bank. The alien taxpayer will be required to show his or her passport to the teller at the time of cashing the check.
