Updated Friday, November 20, 2009 10:47 am TWN, Bloomberg BEIJING -- China, the world's second-biggest energy user, will increase the price of electricity for nonresidential users by 0.028 yuan (0.4 cent) per kilowatt-hour on average starting tomorrow, the official Xinhua News Agency reported, citing the National Development and Reform Commission. The price of power for residential users will remain unchanged, Xinhua said Thursday. Going forward, home users will have to pay more for higher consumption, according to Xinhua, citing NDRC.
